Self-Hosted & Fine-Tuned LLM: We deployed a private Mistral language model, fine-tuned on in-house crafted synthetic data and ensure 100% data privacy. This reduced dependency on external APIs and cut ongoing costs.
NLP-Driven Insights: Using advanced NLP pipelines, we extract crucial candidate information, enabling “Smart Search” and “Smart Questions.” Recruiters simply type natural-language queries like “Find a candidate with 3+ years in sales and fluent Spanish,” and the system instantly surfaces the best matches.
GDPR & AI Act Compliance: By hosting the entire solution on EU-based servers and maintaining strict privacy protocols, we ensure candidate data never leaves a secure, controlled environment. The platform’s design and processes fully align with GDPR guidelines, instilling confidence in enterprise clients.
Seamless Scalability & Integration: Architected on a Kubernetes cluster, the system scales effortlessly as applicant volumes spike. We integrated a secure payment gateway (Stripe) and can easily plug into existing HR workflows with minimal friction.
