Where the client started
As production grew more complex, static reports were no longer enough. Operators needed line-level performance data the moment it changed. The task was to bring together signals from different IoT devices, turn raw telemetry into KPIs people can act on, and show it clearly in one interface for operators and supervisors.
What we built
We built a platform of small services with three jobs: taking in IoT data, calculating KPIs and showing dashboards. Telemetry is collected and normalized, then turned into production and position KPIs and performance reports, including workforce metrics. Updates are event-driven, so screens refresh as things happen on the line. We connected the production lines, tuned the reporting views and then improved speed and ease of use for operators.
