Where the client started
Production planning and execution were spread across disconnected tools. Reports arrived late, and teams had gaps in coordination. The company needed one place to plan, run and report on production, and it had to be practical enough for the people on the floor to use every day.
What we built
We mapped the current production and reporting paths, then designed and built a tailored platform with separate modules for planning, execution and reporting. An integration layer lets it work with enterprise systems, with ERP integration support that includes SAP Business One. Access follows production roles, and the reporting views match how the plant runs. We rolled it out with the operations teams and stayed until daily use was stable.
